As a coordinator, he participated in many dance projects like Artist-in-Residence Scheme for the Hong Kong Dance Federation and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department in Hong Kong, such as “Dance Together” and “Broadway Musical Dance Training Program”. He also led the Hong Kong Troupe for the cultural exchange projects to Cyprus, Macau and Australia. Recently, he devotes all his effort to promote the RAD, ACB, Jazzaddict and Urban Ignition examinations in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. He also actively involves in the cultural exchange activities of the Pearl River Delta Cultural Exchange programmes. He organized the Hong Kong Smart Dance Extravaganza Cum Hong Kong Challenge Cup Dance Competition since January 2014.

As a choreographer and artistic director, he won many awards including creative awards, 1st prize in Hong Kong and 2nd prize in China. He also staged many full-length productions included “Belonged”, “2Q11-Dreams”, “The Lake without Swans”, “Creation of Gods, Nezha”, “Dance Seriously Dance Happily Dance Naturally”, “The Son of Man”, “Love in a Fallen City” and “Old Well” as well as many other short pieces.  He was appointed the adjudicator of the Philippine Dance Cup held in Manila in October 2018, and the adjudicator of the 9th Asia-Pacific Dance Competition held in Singapore in July 2007. He choreographed a contemporary piece “Ave Maria” for the 5th Beijing International Ballet Invitational for Dance Schools – Dance Performance Series in Beijing in October 2014.

As a dance teacher, he established the Inspired Dance Education Abecedarian to develop dance education. He was awarded The Prize Gardener (teacher’s category) in the 7th Taoli Cup Dance Competition, China National Arts Competition for Young People in which his students won six awards including the 1st prize. He was also the guest teacher of Chungnam National University (Korea), Shenzhen Arts School, Tina Chen School of Dancing (Shenzhen), Tong Ji University (Shanghai) and several other arts schools in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Beijing, Shanghai & Macau. His student will attend the 5th International Ballet Competition in Beijing in October 2014. In 2017, two students get in the professional ballet companies in Hong Kong and Canada.

As a dancer, he danced for the Hong Kong Ballet for seven years and also the founder of Hong Kong Ballet Youth Education Unit. When he was in London, he also danced in the Tom Arnold Associates Limited’s production “The King and I” with Yul Bryner in London Palladium.
